Many think that the poor are lazy or unable people, and unfortunately, privileged ones still tend to believe that unemployed and homeless people did not work **** enough or took the wrong decision. Maybe that this attitude is criticised by social welfare organisations.
Personally, I think that it is good that the share of women in leading positions is increasing.
If bosses of both genders are considering figures rather than playing with inefficient charity actions, it is their right, of course: they have to think business and performance first. Rather than charity, the promotion of more jobs in stable, sustainable enterprises should be preferred.
What I would expect from female bosses? Sober organisation, i.e. fair, motivating work conditions, recognition of **** work, no corruption, no bullying and no ******, the sense of responsibility and sustainable management. Such principles are important...

Now, about promoting women's rights, a few high-ranking women are not in a sufficient number to raise the masses. But many young women will try to imitate them, as far as they can transmit values like fair trade, the development of local businesses and a sustainable policy.
