I think it's possible some of his own people were in on it.

I think alot of whites saw him as a trouble maker....and someone had him taken out the game.... and I do not know why people ever bring masonry into this.....

Are you in Masonry? Are you traveling and if so, have you been to the East?

Isn't it always about "The mob?" Didn't they kill JFK too? I believe it was speculation that Lee Harvey shot him although it was mob related.

Many conspiracy theories, so not sure, but I get sick that a visionary was silenced...what a great man...only to be wiped out...very sad. I love his "I have a dream speech!"

...well, the only people I'm reasonably sure DIDN'T shoot him was the USSR (why would they?) or the mob, either (again, why?)..Considering what an absolute and total scumbag j. edgar hoover was, I would definitely expect that disgusting piece of dog feces to be involved somehow...

The Soviet Union loved to interfere with our problems in the US. They didn't want to see a stable America... looked what occurred after he was shot. Riots in the major cities.

I think Ray probably pulled the trigger, but the government was hostile toward King and it wouldn't surprise me if they played some role.

Why do you think our Government was hostile towards Dr. King when he was about peace? That's what I don't understand.

Because our government is not about peace.

Before Ms. King died, I think they had another investigation where they believe that Mr. Ray didn't kill him.

Whatever the case, it was a very sad day in America.
