Atlantis Airlines plane vanishes: A victim to the Bermuda Triangle?

Question

An Atlantis Airlines plane going from the Dominican Republic to New York mysteriously disappeared. The plane carried 11 passengers and was scheduled to make a fuel stop in the Bahamas on the way. It never got there. 35 minutes after taking off from Santiago, Dominican Republic, the twin-engine Britton-Norman Islander plane sent out an emergency signal.

The plane then disappeared from radar. The Coast Guard searched an area of the Atlantic Ocean where the plane was believed to be but found no wreckage. What do you think happened? Do you think something paranormal happened because it was flying in the Bermuda Triangle? Would you ever take a plane or boat ride through the Bermuda Triangle?

i have flown over it, the lights on the plane lights just flickered and the engien seemed to stop for a second, but then started. the funny thing was, nobody else seemed to notice it..=)

Crashed, and the pieces sunk and scattered. Bodies became fish food and that is the cycle of life. I would love to know why the US Coast Guard is searching international waters that far fom our coasts and why, exactly, this is a US taxpayer expense?

My father went through the BT all the time when he was in the Navy, but he was on a sub so I suppose being underwater kept him safe..

If you do a statistical ******** of all ocean regions, that carry as much traffic as the Bermuda Triangle, you will uncover just as many unexplainable aberrations as seem to exist in that region.
My father was a physical oceanographer who studied currents, especially the Gulf Stream; I take his word on this.

Many aircraft and ocean vessels dissapear without a trace in the oceans and great lakes of the world every year. This one just happened to be in the triangle area.

I think that the Bermuda triangle is one of the points where the matter and anti-matter world meet and perhaps this flight, along with others, passed into the other dimension. And lest you all should think that the matter and anti-matter worlds are a science fiction thing, they were mentioned in the Hindu scriptures over 5000 years ago. We are just now "re-discovering" them. Ancient peoples were not as backwards and non-technological as some people think. We just have not yet discovered what they were really like.

There haven't been any reported Bermuda Triangle incidents in years. I think the plane simply crashed, and yes, the ocean is a VERY BIG place!

actually,the atlantians technollogy supposably had discovered magnets and the volcanoes have made a terrible reaction with atlantis opening a wormhole if atlantis is real get ready because man knows what gravity does and how it affectsYOUR life but not what it is..it will spread reopening a galaxy shift sorta like the big bamg theory this is probably the worst thing that will ever happen.....**** atlantians

There is more ocean than land on this earth and it is by far deeper, so they aren't likely to find a smaller plane. It would **** enough to find a jet liner out there.

NOTHING happened ta tht plan...
1) they jus fell off the radar and landed somewhere else
2) their aint no such thing as aliens. (untill i actually c 1 im not gonna believe in them)
3) if they did crash then some1 would have already found the plan by now. i mean a plans big and some1 would have noticed a plan in the water. i mean thts not something u would c on a daily bases unless ur looking in a ****** fish tank.

The pilots were secretly alien inter-stellar transporters who were hired by the eleven passengers to use a cloaking device to avoid radar detection, before engaging the aircraft's secret ion-thrusters to enter some sort of hyper-speed mode and exit the Earth's atmosphere without being monitored by satellites. The passengers were then dispersed to planets in the far reaches of the universe to explore said planets, while NASA and Earth's governments remained unaware.

well if it didn't make it to it's destination and they lost it off radar, there is no sign of wreckage something freaky might explain it.
But, if memory serves me, in the area of the Bermuda Triangle there have been reports of methane gas surfacing from the ocean and that can cause some violent unexpected air pockets. I'm not inclined to believe they were abducted unless they were suspected of terrorist activity by the gov't. Maybe they should look at Guantanamo. Or maybe they were smuggling and they had to make an unscheduled stop=)

Too weird! But then, the decision to fly a plane named "Atlantis" anywhere near the Bermuda Triangle is just ASKING for something weird and freaky to happen. "Even paranoids are right SOME of the time," and a situation like this would make ME paranoid as ****!!!

Methane gas pockets that are being found in that region are rather large and methane gas is known to cause engine problems.**** to say, maybe Al Gore knows. Possibly CO2 emission, or the ice caps melting???????

Very interesting story...There are a variety of reasons why the plane just disappeared.. Some due to weather or natural phenoms ..like wicked storms at sea..or an unusual re-lease or methane gas (started from the ocean floor..and rose up to the surface)..it makes
boats & ships heavier than water, so they sink..or as with planes it screws up the naviga-tional systems..radar, compass, etc..An electro-magnetic storm..will also do do that to boats & planes..they think they're on course, when they really are waaay off course...That
happened to a squadron of WWII fighter planes in the 1940's...And of course, mayb E.T.
hijacked the plane...I do believe there are UFOs & aliens out there..but who really knows
if this is a case of alien abduction...
