Leg muscles are a product of what you do (including whether you spend a lot of time developing them perfectly and - in context - don't develop yourself as a person).
Based on the picture, I would guess this is asking about calves. Doesn't really matter that much.
I hope this helps a little: as a guy, and speaking for most guys I know, we really aren't that specific. If you are happy and ****** and aren't morbidly obese chances are we'll be a lot happier with you than if you were worried whether your toes, calves, thighs, hips, waist, ******* (or *******), shoulders, fingernails, neck, ears or hair is perfect. (I'm not saying there is a "perfect" because it's all relative.) Wow... women are 100x ****** on themselves than men.
