The other day I was eating lunch with my sister. She looked as if she hadn’t slept in days—she had droopy bags under her eyes and could hardly keep the conversation going without a jolt of caffeine.

She confessed that she had been working a lot of early mornings and that she couldn’t remember the last time she slept a solid eight consecutive hours.

My mother needs to read this article. She complains about not feeling good; yet, she stays in bed all day and all night. I get on her but she doesn't listen. Maybe, this article will jolt her out of bed but I'm not counting on it.

You can lay in bed 15 houses and never go into REM with a sleeping disorder. Your body never heals your brain never stops. get a sleep study could save her life.
