My mother needs to read this article. She complains about not feeling good; yet, she stays in bed all day and all night. I get on her but she doesn't listen. Maybe, this article will jolt her out of bed but I'm not counting on it.

You can lay in bed 15 houses and never go into REM with a sleeping disorder. Your body never heals your brain never stops. get a sleep study could save her life.
