Many people are very misinformed about eating healthy. They forget that the only reason they can't eat things that are fatty is because they don't do enough natural exercises. The gym can only do so much with it's repetitive motions. And when most people work for so many hours and the rest of their time is occupied with family and such, there is no time for them to be healthy so they have to compensate by practically starving their body, working out more than they should. I eat things like ice cream and bacon, I also eat lots of fruit and veggies. If it comes in a package and the ingredients aren't things that come from the earth, then I don't eat it. I also do basic exercises, running, walking, stretching, lifting, jumping, obstacle courses, etc. I've lost 30 pounds in the past 4 months because I kicked it up a notch.
