lol I hear ya. My wife and I decided a couple of years ago to try and look and feel better.

I've dropped 43lbs. I feel lots better and the wife certainly enjoys the new look.

London - 60°F, warm, sunny, mild, with a 10mph westerly - we're having the warmest weather of the year so far with a warm air mass coming over from Bermuda that's got caught up in the Gulf Stream. The stars are already out and the moon is shortly to rise. Central heating turned off and I'm enjoying cigar by an open window!

50s today here in tip of tennessee, tommy, lotta sun, had laundry on line for 1st time this year.even little bitty my (old chihuahua} stayed out in sun today awhile. other dogs loathe come in. dratted tired of snow and cold..now if nights warm up soon, looking at 30 low tonight..

we have been exercisisng outside when we got a chance. i dontmind snow iwill go for a walk or hike in it. our dogs love snow so whenever we got a chance we would take them out if it wasnt too cold. but i am glad to see warmer weather.

....nothing makes you feel more like a rat then a treadmill...most of that stuff bugs me....I like the gym for weight lifting then my cardio is anything that gets my heart rate up...no running though my knees are shot...loved boxing...alas my knees couldn't take that anymore either.
