Anyone want to send prayers or condolences to a family in need?

Question

In this weird world where we hear of horrible crimes being perpetrated on ********, including a drug addled woman taping her 22 month old son to the wall for a laugh, I am encouraged in humanity when I hear a totally different kind of story.

Yesterday, a woman died of smoke inhalation after getting her three young ******** out a second story window. Tomarra Finley broke out the window allowing her nine year old son to jump out and then dropping her three year old twins into the waiting arms of neighbors below. She succumbed to the smoke from her burning home and later died at the hospital, but the ******** are alive with only one in the hospital for smoke inhalation.

She had evidently already awoken her sister who was able to escape with her two ******** before the exits were blocked. Tomarra Finley stayed behind to awaken her ******** and save them.

Now, she is a fine example of what a mother is supposed to be and the next time I see a question asking if there is anyone for whom I would die, I will think of my ******** and this wonderful self-sacrificing woman. I'm very proud to say she was a fellow Louisvillian.

My condolences to this woman, her family and her friends and my prayers and thoughts are with them all.

I hadn't heard about the mother dying during a tornado. Another family losing the center of their world. I pray for them, too.

Thank you for replying. This incident happened on the same day I heard about the mother who taped her baby to the wall and I couldn't help crying when I read the sacrifice of this mother. They are having services for her today, so I'm sure our prayers are going up with many others. I lit a candle for her because she touched me so. Her gift to her ******** is definitely a light in these dark times of constant bickering and distrust.

Oh! My heart goes out to the little girl who has a brain degenerating desease! Her mother had already died with the desease. I pray for this little girl whom those cruel neighbors made cruel and evil geatures toward the little girl because they had a grudge against her mother who died! My heart breaks for her!!! I want to tell her than Jesus loves her so much!!!

Not only is she an example of what every mother should be, but an example of what we should ALL be. Regardless of race, religion, *********, political affiliation, or anything else.
I rarely have faith in humanity, or in people at all. But it is the rare few individuals like her whom I can honestly look at in a great way.

I hate that the only time you hear about good mothers it's because of something like this. It reminds me of that story just this past year of the woman who put a mattress over her ******** and laid over it to protect them from a tornado. Her ******** all survived and she died. My deepest sympathy goes out to these women's families. It is terrible to lose such a great wholehearted person, it's even worse when that person is a mother.

I send them to my aunt. she haas been sick, and tired. I hope she'll wil get better soon. i love her so much! I just want her to be in peace. May *** bless her :)
