Today is day two of our 12 days of Christmas holiday countdown.

Just 11 days to go, and no Christmas is complete without watching a couple of your favorite holiday flicks, so we thought we'd jog your memory with 11 classics.

Whether you're a fan of the older Christmas classics like "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Miracle on 34th Street," '90s family comedies like "Home Alone" and "The Santa Clause," or you would rather put a cynical spin on the holiday season with films like "A Christmas Story" and "Christmas Vacation," we want to know what movies turn on your holiday cheer.

So dim the lights, kindle the fire, set out the popcorn and eggnog, and put on a classic!

Almost picked It's A Wonderful Life but Christmas Story is fresher. Both tell good stories but aren't exactly Christmas stories but morality tales. Both good.

I like this movie because it includes prayer and shows just how powerful prayer from a humble heart can bring about. I miss the days of old when ***/Jesus Christ were honored by most of the world! It shows what "family" REALLY means! It also shows love of community and respect for one another; something which is truly lacking in much of our society today.

Amen
So many people make Christmas about them and theirs but have lost the TRUE meaning. The birth of our Lord and savior. 3rd grade students shown a bunch of pics. Santa. Grinch. Etc.and a pic of Jesus and 90 percent of them did not know who the picture of Jesus was. Sad so very sad.

The 1951 version of "A Christmas Carol", starring Alistair Sim. AMAZING version, and touted by critics to be the best made.
We put on the DVD every Christmas Eve.
