Then buy, Solv-It-All. Now available in a convenient 12 ounce spray can. Just apply liberally to liberals and conservatively to conservatives, twice a day. In no time, you'll think clearly, see all points of views, and gets rid of those pesky thoughts.

Buy within the next 30 minutes and get a 4 ounce travel size for free. Operators are standing by.

I agree, I have far more questions than I ever thought possible...and it's just getting worse.

I'd say old age was not what I thought it would be but I never really thought beyond 40 anyway. Evidently I thought I would stay young forever.

I felt the same way at 40, afraid of nothing, felt like I'd live forever, what a surprise finding myself at 67 years old and remembering those 40's as the good old days.

Hmm, you should wear a fume approved mask when using those spray cans, CR.

Desiderata comes to mind regarding a response to this post.
Regarding anxiety: if one could truly fathom their insignificance in this universe, much anxiety would be alleviated.

“Happily-ever-after” and “eternal love” appear to be the desiderata of the current generation; to whom “fat chance” say those of us who are older, wiser, and more curmudgeonly...:)

Most of you have no idea, not even a clue as to what my sentiments are, but I'll listen to what you all think, go ahead and tell me what my sentiments are by now.

Perhaps, most people have demons it's just they don't admit it...but that's Ok, it's a sign they are trying to do what is right and proper...I'm not a part of them, however...:)

I could never be accused of thinking myself to death.. but if you were to substitute "drinking" for "thinking" that's another story...

I wonder sometimes if there might not be a place on this planet where it is being processed as we speak.

1, Are you afraid you've lost control ... sometimes
2, Are you caught in this world ... big time, too much over the past 2 years of research
3, Are you wasting time ... I hope not
4, Do you think your thinking yourself to death ... most likely especially some days. Overnthinking a situation sometimes is worse

Where you been, Jack? The acros are getting tighter. Some new blood have contributed as well.

I've never been there, just here. I stay away from acronyms, they irritate me. I think they are for minds that are simply to lazy to think.

I don't feign to know what the current generation subscribes to as an overall philosophy.
And I believe we, being the heirs of the greatest generation, are more guilty of believing in a "Happily-ever-after" and "eternal love" than the present "millennial generation".
We who grew up with "wishing upon a star", "knight in shining armor", or other commercialized Fairy Tales.
