I do that on purpose, La.

Maybe I shouldn't, but the commas show up on the screen much larger. I do it for that specific reason.
It's just a weird habit I've gotten into, and --- yes --- I'm aware of it.

Now, if I could just do something about writing my comments cogently and logically in the first place, I would sound MUCH more intelligent!

Hahaha. ****. All your ellipses are actually 3-4 commas in a row, not fullstops. Maybe on your screen they look too similar. I'm glad you're getting an upgrade soon :)

My fullstop key?

I went back and looked at my previous post, and ( at least on MY browser ) it printed up just the way I wrote it. Indents, spacing, and punctuation was all there.

One advantage of being the head honcho around here is that I get to screw off work and log onto ** occasionally. One big disadvantage is that I'm pretty much stuck with a r-e-a-l-l-y crappy office set-up. I'm at work right now, in fact.
The keyboard -- since you mention it --- is a standard HP Windows straightline unit. Black. Ugly. Cumbersome.

I have one of those arched keyboards at my home office, which is much more comfortable. It has me spoiled!

More good news for us both. Next weekend we're tossing out this entire office system and upgrading to a new Windows 7 unit, with vastly more gigabytes of memory and a much faster processor.
I haven't seen all the specs yet, but our IT guy tells me it's gonna be stupendous!

I came in to work last Monday, and I'll be here Saturday,,, Sunday,,,, and all of next week.
Because I'm the boss, that's why.
I've worked for a LOT of slavedriving SOB's in my time, but I never met a demanding bastid like ME!
I'll be here by myself, BTW. My crew gets to enjoy their weekends off.
