3. The remaining parties, with no quorum, failed to post into record, a new date to convene.
4. In a condition of sine dia, Congress adjourned and thus ***** the Constitution for the united States.
5. There is not now, and has never been a "representative democracy" in this hemisphere.
6. What exists today is a Corporation, registered in Puerto Rico, called THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. There is no government of the people in the States, just a corporation with a president, vice president, secretaries, board of directors, stock holders, and ****** (that's you if you have a SSN).
