No, I live in the center of Kansas. Zero traffic problems here in the hinterlands.
We have more of a problem waiting for these to cross the road. Wild Turkeys crossing a road

No, thank ***. I grew up on that and I still have anxiety-ridden, horrible memories of it clinging to me. What a nightmare.

Not these days. I used to commute between my home in the Inland Empire
to various construction projects around LA, though. and that was indeed, a
real nightmare. Since both my job and residence were both transferred up to
the Southern California High Desert from both of those respective locations,
my daily commute has been cut dramatically. And to that regard, things have
improved substantially, for both my nerves and my wallet. The only thing that
I might miss, are the occasional trips on the Metrolink commuter trains, when
I was able to leave my tools at a secure job site, and my vehicle at the LA
Union Station, and take the train home, instead of having to drive the entire
distance between work and home.

Living in the LA basin and driving several hundred miles a day it is a part of daily life, but I do not mind, just sit back and relax. What I do not like is when the traffic comes to a standstill, then I leave the freeway and fall bakc to the side streets. But as long as it is moving, even @ ten miles an hour, what the heck. And it is NOT awfull

I live in Los Angeles County, so I'm very blessed to have access to public transit. I ride the Metro to work each day.

Don't live in a huge city though. A decent sized city of about 150,000 people, but nothing to the point of taking two hours to go ten miles.

I work the overnight shift, and the traffic in the Boston area does not start until five o'clock. It takes commuters two hours to go ten miles into work in the Boston area. Many businesses moved ten to fifteen miles outside the city, and now the loop road that goes around Boston is jammed as well. Some people spend more time stuck in traffic than sleeping. I guess sleep is overrated. You can always fall asleep behind the wheel.

I refuse to complain. I was out of work for almost a year before I got this job, so I'll take the traffic along with the paycheck.

I live only a 15-minute drive to my work place. As small as my paycheck is, I won't drive much more than that and continue to work there.

I haven't been stuck in traffic on a daily basis since I moved from the Dallas area in 1981. It was an enormous relief, too. I haven't worked in the public since 1991 and I was only a mile from work then. But, I haven't lost my rush hour driving skills, either. I had to use them in Dallas in December, in heavy fog and did very well.
