I think its criminal how much they charge for the phones and service. We switched from a land based phone to cell ones only to save money, and we pay 3xs the amount now than we use to. Yes the phones can and will do all sorts of neat do dads but you also pay ea time for every do dad you use on it, along with the initial charges and interests and taxes etc. I think they need to make cell phones as much a necessity now as many other items and back off on trying to drain every user dry. If you over use and abuse it then well that's another matter, but just to have a phone for the PHONES sake to send and receive important calls or emergencys texts then it should be minimal costs. Enough other TOYS out there to be greedy with.

We all are! We are paying for dropped calls, spy apps and phones that break if you even look at them the wrong way! The cell phone business is the greatest rip off crutch of all time. Fees are way too high for what we get. Try and cell you old cellphone for even half of what you paid for it. This technology is made so easily now. They put out i-phones like M&M;'s at a Halloween party. Yet we will stand in line for days for this Techno-Crack and pay several hundred dollars just so we can brag that we have the latest i-phone on our McDonalds budget and salary. Gimme a break!

Only $150 for two lines per month. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

we use Tracfone...and hubby has a Android with them too, some of these 50 buck a month plans (or worse) are SOOOOO out of line. Cant believe what some folks pay for cell use. And I use an old fashioned flip phone from Trac and it suits me fine.

We're paying $200 for three people. We have little choice. We need to communicate, and now, everyone expects you to have a cell phone to do business. We're all just deep pockets for most of the companies.
