Yes, thankfully I will not have to be in the company of a certain person who loves to **** all the joy out of family gatherings! WOO! HOO! The silly old codger has had an accident and can't travel. MANY are glad hearing about this. Jump for joy gif

That's exactly what we've decided to do! I am at home for our Christmas meal and then visit friends later on in the day. The person I am managing to avoid this year lives miles and miles away, so we simply can't make it to over and see our pals. I am more than happy with that! Happy dance

It sounds as if he has anger issues!? You're quite right, the wrong thing said to the wrong person and BAM!!!! He may find himself in serious trouble. Well I fully understand why you'd rather keep a distance from him! I hope that works out for you.

Our politics are polar opposites & he cannot have a civil discussion. He flies off into bombastic rages if he disagrees with you. Once we were in a Subway & I asked for no tomato's. The preparer was clearly new at the job, just a young kid & put tomato's on my sandwich. No big deal,I just take them off. My brother flew into a rage shook his fist & yelled at the poor kid because he put tomato's on my sub. Scared the doo-doo outta the kid. If I were the manager I'd have called 911 & had my bro arrested for threatening or public disturbance. In 5 mins or so it's like nothing ever happened. My bro is gonna find his **** in jail or in the ER if he ****** off the wrong guy & gets punched out. My serenity & inner peace demands I avoid him.
